Meet Sherry

Sherry RodenkirchSince I joined Royal LePage in May 2000 as a licensed sales representative it has been a perfect fit. I enjoy meeting and getting to know my clients while providing them with seamless professional service every step of the way.

My goal as a real estate professional is to provide my clients with the best service possible at all times.

 

My greatest pleasure is being able to share in my client’s happiness when they purchase their dream home or recognize the profits from the sale of their real estate investment. The biggest investment most people make is in their home, my job is to make sure it’s a wise investment.

After a successful career in restaurant and hospitality management, and then real estate, I moved north to Canada when I fell in love with a Canadian. My husband, André and I purchased a new home in Stonebridge Estates in September, 2002 and experienced all the excitement that comes with buying your dream home. We are both avid golfers and are lifetime members at Greensmere Golf Course near Almonte. When not working we enjoy time spent with a circle of good friends, good food and good wines as well as yearly vacations in Florida.

My office is located in the Barrhaven community, and I appreciate all that this South Nepean community has to offer however, my real estate business extends all over the Ottawa area. I have listed and sold homes from Orleans in the east to Carleton Place in the west. My goal is to find you the home that you want in the neighbourhood where you want to live.

I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and believe in life-long learning to enhance my knowledge of real estate and provide you with up-to-date knowledge. I am a recipient of the President’s Gold Award, placing me in the top 10% of all Realtors in my company. While I am both proud to have achieved the recognition that comes with these awards, to me the greatest award of all is my clients continued support of my business. Your referrals mean everything to me and I am quite proud to say that more than half of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients.

Meet Tammy

Tammy WeedmarkSince becoming licensed as a REALTOR® in 1999, I have always been associated with the Royal LePage office in the Ottawa West-South community of Barrhaven. As a locally owned franchise of a Canadian company, Royal LePage Team Realty offers the marketing, support, and technology required to be a leader in real estate.

While I have received sales awards for performance throughout my real estate career what is most important to me is the recognition from my clients when you pass on your referrals to me.

I have lived in Barrhaven since 1988 and I truly enjoy all this community has to offer. However, when it comes to buying and selling homes I have listed and sold homes as far east as Orleans and as far west as Carleton Place.

My husband, Jim is a paramedic with the City of Ottawa and enjoys snowboarding, refereeing minor hockey and fishing. In July 2006 we celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We have two great kids, a daughter, Alex, and a son, Michael. Like many parents over the years we have been involved in school councils and fundraising, hockey, rugby, air cadets, and many other activities. Just like you, we know that life is busy and family time is valuable.

Although my immediate family might occasionally disagree most people who know me comment on my calm, practical approach to life. My approach to your real estate business is simple—it’s all about service. Many real estate transactions are based on happy experiences such as buying a first home or moving to your dream home. These are fun things to do and I love being able to help clients realize their dreams.

Unfortunately, not all real estate transactions are based on happy events – selling a childhood home for an elderly or deceased parent, selling the family home as part of a marriage break up, or buying a place to settle as a newly single person, can all be stressful and difficult life events. I pride myself on my ability to help my clients by offering a combination of strong real estate knowledge, practical assistance in finding contacts to help in the preparation their properties, and being sympathetic to their personal needs while staying focused on the task at hand.
